This is a beautiful, floral, very young and girlish suzani embroidered pillow cover from Uzbekistan.
Base fabric is undyed cotton cloth. Embroidery threads are silk floss. Except for some plastic used for a zipper this is an entirely organic product.
The suzani pillow cover closes with zipper on the back as shown below.
