"Marakanda" ikat pillow cover

Marakanda is an old name for present day Samarkand, a magical city placed on a top of a hill which has been turned into a dust and has been rebuilt many many times. It is one of those cities with a larger than life attitude and where you feel ancient walls stating "rulers will come and go, i will stand here grand and beautiful as always"

The fabric has a beautiful moire pattern.
