Shipping and handling policy Orders will be shipped using certified air mail (signature required upon delivery) of Uzbekistan postal service to ship from Uzbekistan. Once orders leave Uzbekistan, the shipping will be handled by respective government postal services of the countries where the orders are being shipped to. All orders will ship from Uzbekistan within 3 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes 10-14 days.
Return policyShould you, in any way, not be satisfied, please return the product to UzbekAlive™ in its original condition and in proper packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will return a full refund of the list price of any product(s). We apologize, but shipping costs are not included in this satisfaction guarantee. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. We shall notify the customer via e-mail of the refund once we've received and processed the returned item. The customer can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving the return.
