This is a set of 4 hand-painted napkin rings in a matching box. The napkin rings and the box were made of paper-mache and hand-painted in traditions of Uzbek ornamental painting. They are covered with several layers of lacquer for protection.

Only one set of napkin rings in green was made by artists. The second similar item is in metalic red and is also available on our web site. These products are pilots which were ordered especially by us for this website and can not be found anywhere else. Just as a historical note, barrettes which are so popular today were also our idea and piloted about 10 years ago.
