"Gilded" jewelry box

This is a small size jewelry box perfect for a night stand to take off your jewelries at night.

As most of the boxes on this site, this one is made of a durable paper-mache. It is processed to have a smooth surface (versus “wrinkly“ surface). The box was hand painted in traditions of Uzbek ornamental painting and covered with several layers of lacquer for shine and protection.
