We are adding some ikat fabrics made of natural dyes. Natural dyes are prepared using organic materials tested by generation of  silk makers like wallnuts, onion peels, indigo mineral, pomegranate peel, etc. To get an intense color of a dye is a long tedious process. As a result, fabrics dyed with natural dyes are more expensive than synthetic ones which translates into a cost of a fabric. The fabric is safe to wash, however, the moire effect of the fabric will wash away. For this reason we still recommend dry cleaning our fabrics.

This is a hand-dyed and hand-woven cotton/silk blend ikat fabric. Ikat is a technique of weaving that requires a great amount of precision of tying and dyeing silk yarn in order to achieve a desired pattern.
