This is hand dyed and hand woven ikat fabric known as adras (cotton/silk blend). Ikat is a technique of weaving that requires a great amount of precision of tying and dyeing silk yarn in order to achieve a desired pattern. 

This fabric is the 3rd dyelot of “Bayram” fabric. If you bought “Bayram“ before July 2011 ('Bayram" (red hue) ikat adras fabric, product id: F067) you probably bought 2nd dyelot which will slightly differ in colors and the width from this dyelot.
