This is the most traditional skull hat worn by Uzbek men in Central Asia. Similar skull hats are owned by all Uzbek men and are required head attire for appearing in mosques, weddings and funerals.

The hat folds flat, which makes it very easy for carrying or storing. It has four sides, each decorated with embroidered almonds, which represent prosperity.
