Part of the border and flower stems of the barrette were painted in liquid bronze. The barrette was covered with several layers of lacquer for shine and protection.  Please note, that this and most other barrettes sold by UzbekAlive have 3 levels of metal clip adjustment. Our barrettes can be worn by ladies with both thin and thick hair due to this adjustment feature.
