This is a hand-dyed and hand-woven adras ikat fabric (cotton/silk blend fabric). Ikat is a technique of weaving that requires a great amount of precision of tying and dyeing silk yarn in order to achieve a desired pattern.

Also, your packaging is very "old world", please do not change it! I felt connected to a place in a different world when opening your package.
